Someone once said to me, once you're in the bottom of the pit, there's only one way : ... UP.
Again, when we're at the bottom of that pit, we look up and we feel so powerless and think we'll never make it back up. This is when we should NOT give up, how hard things may be. We need to gather all our strenght and fight to climb back up. Don't look up or down, just climb, don't rush, but calculate each step.
When our loved ones are hurt, it hurts us even more when we ourselves are in that same pit. But exactly for our loved ones, we have to keep faith and work our way up. Not give in to failure, for as long as we do fight our way up, there is no failure. A setback can sometimes be a good thing, 'cause it forces us to think and fight. We need to recalculate and rethink our strategy, but fight and climb we must. If we don't, that's when we fail ourselves. Believe and have faith and you'll eventually get there... perhaps not exactly where you wished you'd be, but it will be far better than the pit you've climbed out.
