Since recently I've been working as a waiter in a hotel. Physically hard work, but it's great work.
I wanted to lose some weight and this job really helps me out. Last week my weight was 222.66lbs, today it’s 220.46, so lost about 2lbs.
The only thing about my diet I've changed is: I eat when I feel I am really hungry. I listen to my body when I need food. When I have enough I stop. Avoid the feeling of being stuffed.
Working as a waiter makes me walk all day, I carry several tellers on my arm.
Physically I feel stronger too.
Today I also feel how "The Secret" has helped me. Several years ago I would have been unsure about doing the things I do. Walking with several plates on my hand. A tray full of glasses. Or carrying up to 12 glasses.
In order to do something, I don't think about it, simply see how the experienced people are doing it and I follow.
It's a great feeling.
